Abel Vergara was born and raised in Lima, Peru and has been living in the United States for 38 years. For many years before 2005 Abel was engaged in remodeling and had his own business. Abel always had a passion for real estate investments, and specializes in short sale transactions. He is hardworking and entrepreneurial by nature. Bertha Jaramillo is a Peruvian native that has been living in the United States for almost 37 years now. Prior to real estate, she worked at the Embassy of Peru and Embassy of Mexico for a combined 16 years.
Bertha eventually transitioned to real estate in 2003 and has been trained by some of the best leaders in the real estate market, specifically her broker Victoria Peña.
Bertha specializes in assisting Spanish speaking buyers and sellers. She is a very charismatic person, who will love working to ensure you find exactly what you’re searching for.
